Surprisingly comfy despite quirks
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home immediately, providing us with helpful local tips and recommendations throughout our stay.
However, the breakfast area was cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours, making it hard to find a seat and enjoy our meal.

I enjoyed the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean enough, and the location worked perfectly since it was close to the Mall of America and several restaurants. The breakfast had a decent variety, and I appreciated that it was well-stocked. It got a bit crowded in the breakfast area during peak times, so I had to wait for a table. The pool area looked nice, but I didn’t get to use it. The bathroom door in my room did stick a lot, making it a hassle to open. Also, the tub drained slowly on my last day, which was frustrating. I wish the breakfast hours extended a bit longer for late risers. I would stay again for the good value and location, but I hope they address those maintenance issues.

I really enjoyed my short stay, especially the clean room and how relaxed I felt at the indoor pool and spa area. The only quirky thing was they opted for sachets instead of little bottles for the soaps, which was a bit odd. If you’re looking for a chill spot, definitely check this place out! 😊

The pool was really enjoyable, but the
room cleanliness could have been better. While I appreciated the welcoming staff and the overall ambiance, I found dust in some corners of my room which was disappointing. Still, the hot tub made for a nice evening relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying our time at Valleyfair Amusement Park just a short drive away. The comfortable beds and good shower made relaxing easy after our adventures. Plus, the staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing my daughter to switch rooms when needed.
My kids wished for a more spacious breakfast area. It felt cramped and crowded during peak hours, which can be tough for families. A more open layout would really enhance the morning experience.

My stay at this Inn felt quite American with friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast spread. The location near shopping outlets added to the experience. However, the room sizes felt a bit limited, reminding me of cozy Italian lodgings. Perfect for road trips with a country feel!

Requested a top floor room and received it, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and provided superb service, contributing to a pleasant stay. The breakfast was decent, with fruit preserves available, and the attendant kept it well-stocked, ensuring we had what we needed. However, the room's location across from the breakfast lobby led to noise disturbances that interrupted our sleep, and the thin walls didn’t help. Easy access to restaurants nearby was a plus.
