Surprisingly comfy despite quirks

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home immediately, providing us with helpful local tips and recommendations throughout our stay.

However, the breakfast area was cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours, making it hard to find a seat and enjoy our meal.

I enjoyed the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean enough, and the location worked perfectly since it was close to the Mall of America and several restaurants. The breakfast had a decent variety, and I appreciated that it was well-stocked. It got a bit crowded in the breakfast area during peak times, so I had to wait for a table. The pool area looked nice, but I didn’t get to use it. The bathroom door in my room did stick a lot, making it a hassle to open. Also, the tub drained slowly on my last day, which was frustrating. I wish the breakfast hours extended a bit longer for late risers. I would stay again for the good value and location, but I hope they address those maintenance issues.

Requested a top floor room and received it, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and provided superb service, contributing to a pleasant stay. The breakfast was decent, with fruit preserves available, and the attendant kept it well-stocked, ensuring we had what we needed. However, the room's location across from the breakfast lobby led to noise disturbances that interrupted our sleep, and the thin walls didn’t help. Easy access to restaurants nearby was a plus.
